Art Bank Mitoyo was born in July 2025 through a collaboration between Gekko-so and a town-building producer in Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture, by renovating a former bank in Nio Town.
A place that once circulated the local economy has now been reborn as a hub that circulates the community's "creativity."
We believe that "art is not about being good or bad at drawing, but that there is value in the act of drawing itself." That is precisely why we aim to create a place where everyone, from children to adults, can enjoy drawing freely in their daily lives.
